This workshop will be all about tools to help you get creative in your body and have practical ways of working with your levels of stress.
You’ll get to look at a definition of stress and investigate what stress means for you.
You’ll learn some tools to support you in your everyday life.
You’ll learn wonderful exercises that will help shift your focus to gain more energy, clarity and space to breathe.
