In addition to one-to-one sessions I offer regular group classes. The classes create the space for rapid physical as well as emotional transformation that can have huge benefits in terms of productivity, social connectivity and personal well being.
Included are the use of different techniques including yogic body postures, breathing exercises, cleansing techniques, relaxation practices and concentration exercises. Each class has a different emphasis and structure, primarily training you in Attention through Movement.
